Director and Founder
My name is RB, and I bring over 8 years of experience in the disability and mental health sector. I hold a Certificate III and a Diploma in Mental Health and have worked across a range of roles, including Support Worker, Team Leader, Service Manager, and Engagement Officer.
Through these roles, I gained a deep understanding of the needs, challenges, and aspirations of people living with disability. This journey inspired me to take the next step—to establish my own organisation, where support is not just a service, but a partnership built on trust, dignity, and respect.
As the Director of Valtash Care, my vision is to support individuals in achieving a meaningful and fulfilling life while growing together as a community. I believe in treating everyone equally, valuing individual goals, and empowering people to make their own choices.
I am committed to growing alongside our participants and team members, providing high-quality, person-centred support that encourages independence, confidence, and long-term wellbeing. At Valtash Care, we don’t just support people—we support dreams, goals, and better futures.
Director and Founder
My name is G K Sirohi, and I bring nearly 14 years of experience in the disability sector, working across roles including Support Worker, Service Manager, and Business Developer. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of person-centred care and the importance of delivering high-quality, reliable support.
I hold a Master of Computer Applications, a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing, Certificate IV in Disability, and a Diploma in Training and Assessment, which allows me to combine clinical knowledge, leadership, and professional training standards to support both participants and staff effectively.
Three years ago, I established our NDIS-registered company with a clear vision—to support individuals with disability to achieve their goals, build independence, and live a meaningful life. Since then, the organisation has continued to grow, guided by values of respect, equality, integrity, and empowerment.
We are committed to providing person-centred, goal-focused support, working in partnership with participants, families, and support networks to create positive and lasting outcomes.
